Hi, my name is Lisa Doell, and I have over 25 years of healthcare experience and a Master’s in Public Health from UCLA. As a wellness coach, I’m here to help you achieve a healthier mind, body, and spirit.

I guide exhausted women from feeling depleted and disconnected to energized and empowered. Through personalized wellness coaching, my clients learn to nurture their bodies, calm their minds, and rediscover their bliss.

We will focus on accountability, motivation, and creating a healthier lifestyle.

It was June 5th of 2022 when I woke up in immense pain with a rash covering half of my chest and back.

Through her webcam, the urgent care doctor took one look at the rash and

immediately knew it was shingles. I was devasted, seeing as I had just spent the last six months

training for a half marathon. I knew I wasn’t going to be able to run and I couldn’t come to terms

with the diagnosis, I was only 44 years old and in good health. I had been monitoring my diet

and had been training almost daily to prepare for the race. How did I have a virus most often

seen in older, immune-compromised adults?

Throughout my childhood, I was relatively healthy until my teenage years when I started

experiencing nauseating headaches which then progressed to debilitating migraines in my 20s.

Along with those, I developed digestive issues and was diagnosed with IBS. While physicians

treated my migraines with medication, I looked for natural solutions for my IBS. It was not until

I stumbled upon probiotics 20 years ago that I noticed it seemed to reduce both my IBS

symptoms as well as my migraines which led me to realize the holistic approach I had to take

between my gut and brain. Putting the puzzle pieces of my conditions together, I now know that

my headaches, digestion, and stress all contribute to my overall health. I understand the necessity

of making healthy food choices, managing stress, connecting with nature, exercising with

strength training versus cardio and prioritizing mental health.

I received my Health Coach training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I was drawn to

this program because IIN’s training is rooted in Bio-individuality. The concept is each person

has a unique biological, genetic, and lifestyle factors that influence their health and wellness.

There is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to nutrition, fitness, or well-being.

  • FREE 50 Minute Health Assessment

    A 50 min FREE health history assessment allows clients to meet me and better understand if we would be a fit for a client-health coach relationship.

    During the assessment I will also better understand the health goals the client is looking to achieve.

  • Six Month Program

    This program length allows clients to experience and overcome various challenges while firmly establishing new healthy habits and sustainable shifts to last a lifetime. 

    • Program length: six months • Session duration: 50 minutes • Session frequency: biweekly • 

    The cost of my six-month coaching program is $1,500 if you pay in full, or I offer a payment plan that’s six monthly payments of $300. 

  • Twelve Week Program

    This popular, shorter alternative to the six-month program still provides time for meaningful progress toward the client’s health and wellness goals. Shorter, weekly sessions provide a more feasible option for people with busy schedules while providing more frequent follow-up. 

    • Program length: 12 weeks • Session frequency: weekly • Session duration: 30 minutes • 

    The cost of my 12-week coaching program is $1,200 if you pay in full, or I offer a payment plan that’s 3 monthly payments of $400.
